Base models are the big case G-SHOCK GA-110 and the BABY-G BA-110 which was inspired by the GA-110. Both models combine various parts into complex patterns.
The theme is this year's models is "Love is the most powerful force in the universe," so the G-SHOCK and BABY-G models feature cosmic designs. Hour markers and the periphery outside of the hour dial has a luminescent coating that takes on the appearance of start glistening in the cosmos. The small hand of the dial at 9 o'clock of the G-SHOCK is designed with a star motif, while the same dial of the BABY-G features a moon motif surrounded by stars. In outer space, the stars and moons coexist with interconnecting bonds that are similar to the bonds between lovers. The star motif is also reflected in the gold coloring of the hour, minute, and second hands, marking the significance a truly special night.
The back covers are imprinted with the figure of an angel and a devil, and the year 2017.
