Exchanges

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE,

    • You may return it for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will cover the two-way shipping charges.
    • You may return it for a refund (excludes 10% restocking fee and shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

 

IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, do contact us at sales@watchspree.com.sg with your order number and a snapshot of the defect within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 
      • You may return it for a replacement within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will cover the two-way shipping charges. In the event the product is no longer in stock, you will be issued a full refund. 

      • You may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Refund will be processed after the parcel is returned to us. We will cover the return shipping charges.

     

    Returns

    We highly recommend using a carrier which provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. We will not responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier. 

    For your item to be eligible for an exchange or a return, please ensure that it fulfills the following conditions:

      • New and unused
      • Packed in original box with proof of purchase 
      • In original working condition *unless returning due to defect
      • No scratches or damages *unless returning due to defect
      • Not resized
      • No alteration done on any part of the watch
