Pre-orders

Do note that we offer Pre-orders for selected brands, which means that stocks are stored at our warehouse overseas. This is so that we can transfer cost savings to our customers.

Item on Pre-Order requires additional processing time (approx. 7 - 9 working days) before it will be sent out as it will be shipped only when we receive the item from our warehouse overseas. Please place your order only if you comfortable with the waiting time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment.

Orders containing pre-order items will be delivered in one shipment when the pre-order item is available. If you have other items in your order that are in-stock and you would like to receive them first, please check out separately so that we can dispatch these in-stock items to you.
